The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) has announced the appointment of Mark Linscott as Senior Advisor of Trade Policy. Linscott, the former Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for South and Central Asian Affairs, brings a wealth of experience in international trade negotiations, particularly in U.S.-India trade relations.

During his tenure as Assistant U.S. Trade Representative, Linscott played a key role in developing trade policies with countries in South and Central Asia. He led discussions with India as part of the bilateral Trade Policy Forum and drove advancements in Trade and Investment Framework Agreements with countries including Central Asia, Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
